This was my first experience and Sol made it very thorough and comfortable.
The whole "process" was carefully explained before the meditation session.
A unique moment, such a relaxation due to the vibrations of the bowls and gongs; feeling like traveling and moving energies around me and out of me.
Sol made it great, all is quiet and peaceful as we lay on a mandala printed cloth used as the "center of the universe".
The atmosphere is calm, the incense takes you on a journey.
The conversation we had afterwards helped me realize where to find strength and happiness in my daily life.
